Over watering or fungi issue? was created by Nesciioo

So I just watered my trees yesterday and all of these yellow leaves popped up. The soil was dry and it's been hot for a few days (90-96) so I figured it was needed. What I'm wondering about are the black spots. Just trying to get a second opinion.

Seems fine to me. They are old leaves that are turning yellow. Any chance you kept the tree in a place where it did not loose its leaves over winter?

Well I bought it from a show in the middle of winter with all of the leaves still on so I assumed it was grown indoors. I put it outside once it stayed above 40 at night and it was doing well, losing a leaf here and there. This is just the most it's losing at once so I assumed something could be wrong.
