The species is Sageretia.
First thing you should do is study your plant needs.
Take a look:

Wait for it to grow. Keep it outside. Water it as needed.
Enjoy.

By the way, I don't think the soil in your pot is the best for bonsai.
And...
Some of the leaves are somehow damaged; some brownish, some with dark spots.
Keep a good eye on these issues.

Welcome! There are many great tools on here for you. As a fellow beginner I would read as much as you can about the many diff species. There are also courses you can take that they offer here that would binifet anyone new to bonsai. Good luck!

First of all thank you for you replays and advices.
One of the reason i posted the pictures is because today it seems to look a bit worst than yesterday. I think the tree is in a bad shape maybe because it was keept in bad condition during the transport to the location i bought it. It looks pale, arround 40% of the leafs are damaged ( pale and with black spots ) as Clicio noticed, some small branches was dry without any buds ( i removed them, i hope that wasn't wrong ). About the soil and the pot i dont know what to do. About the damaged leafs, should i remove them and leave the healty ones?
Should i leave that branch at the bottom of the tree ? Seems it shouldnt be there...

I see the soil is still wet. Hold back on the watering and let it dry out a little. Otherwise it will root your roots. Mabe that's what's happening.
I see that you have it on a balcony (indoors) just like all my trees. I wold let it ballance a little and repot into proper soil (akadama).
I am growing little trees for bonsai indoor (closed balcony) for 3 years now and all my trees that I had been potted into clasical plant soil had died - even collected material - no exceptions.
You need to pot your bonsai into a very good draining soil, because indoors we do not have so much of a most important part needed for plants - wind.
