This white stuff started appearing over a week ago.
Focus seems otherwise healthy and strong and green.
Kept indoors in a humid sunroom that is basically all Windows.

That's mold. Get rid of the moss, remove top soil. This is the result of a very humid environment, you could be over watering. I had this problem with a house plant myself once, and I was actually not over watering at all. I removed the top soil, mold came back. Treated the soil with stuff to kill mold and didn't do the trick. I had to re pot and change the soil.

That. Or it is limestone/scale buildup. Hard to tell from the picture.
