What has happened to this Juniper?

Problem with the roots I would say. Not necessarily from re-poting but from wet soil. Or maybe nothing is wrong with it? I can still see new growth and the green looks very healthy. Wait and see what happens

You have told us what has happened:
- It was repotted about 2 months ago
- There was a really hot spell of weather
The roots are not capable to keep up and sustain the plant. Keep it out of direct sun, make sure you water sufficiently.
