Let's go over all the issues again:
1-) Send us pictures, it helps.
2-) Losing some (a few) leaves when adapting to a new place is normal, but I don't think this is the case here, since all factors in this moment are bad.
3-) Water it. Don't listen to foolish advice like the one the "flowerist" gave you. If the soil is dryish, water it. Water it good, spray it, Ficus love humidity.
4-) Let it face the sun, they love it. PUT IT OUTSIDE.
5-) Take it out of your room immediately. Find a nice place outdoors and don't move it again, Ficuses hate being moved from one place to another.
Read ALL you can about your tree. There are thousands of sites to teach you proper care of a Ficus.
