You can easily return it to Walmart and want refund for this plant as it had being sold as something it is not all. You guys should start giving some pressure on this chain for their gross bonsai scam.

Leatherback I see your argument but it becomes a question of where do you draw the line. For instance many people truly believe a tomato is a vegetable. Does that make it ok to call it a vegetable? What if I decided to call a tomato a cucumber. is that ok? It still looks like a tomato and people buying it would see it is round and red. However say you send someone with no experience with cucumbers to the store and ask for a cucumber and they bring home a tomato would you be happy?
In this case the OP went to the store saw a plant they liked and bought it. "Yes" it is not a bonsai but they bought it because they liked it.
Now turn that around I know nothing of 名媛直播 but I heard my friend is taking up the hobby and I see this plant and buy it for him. Obviously my friend is not going find this appropriate as a 名媛直播. So Walmart is providing people with misinformation. In some cases people are harmed by it and others maybe not. In Italy they have controls on various produce and wines to protect from imposters and preserve traditions from getting taken over from the desire to make a bit more money. One could argue this could be applied here.

I have to agree with you. It happens everywhere, not just with bonsai, but also with food and drinks, and many, many other things you can buy. The reasoning often is "Hey, it? just advertising. People know that this product will not really do what it does in the add, everyone understands it is exaggerated". I hate this. Why is it so hard to sell an honest product?
And no, I really cannot believe this is what the majority of people think bonsai look like. Selling this as bonsai is a plain lie, or stupidity.
Unfortunately, bonsai is not a trademark or a registered name. You could even argue there is no standard definition so yeah, I guess you can put the label bonsai on it, sell it for more than what it is worth, and get away with it.

Do we have it written in books what 名媛直播 is and is there common understanding for this art principles and rules? Is it defined by masters and time what 名媛直播 is? - It is.
We dont call white fat mass cheese because its white and has smell and taste. It has to be from milk and done through specific process. I talk about bulgarian white cheese. Here if you sell fake white chase you go in court. Same should be with 名媛直播.
So its not what regulars and newbies understand by 名媛直播. It is business using people lack of knowledge for profits on large scale. Its not good when you buy a tree labeled bonsai and then come to a forum and experts tell you its not bonsai, you end up disappointed and money robbed. This is true crime and I stand by this statement.
