I just got this Maple. Does anyone have any suggestions? It was already kind of weeping before I got it.

Looks helthy from the pics. If it were me I might trim the branches back a bit and work on making it a bit fuller

It might lose some leaves because it was repotted when already in full leaf but if you didn't mess around with the rootball too much should be ok :)

I would chop the trunk and grow branches from scratch. Would take some time, but end result would be a lot nicer. As it is right now the tree has no shape, and it is too tall for the thickness of the trunk.
