I was looking for a decorative plant, and obviously that's what I found.

I don think anyone has a problem with that, but this is a bonsai forum.

As a newbie, I can kind of understand your frustration. On the other, it might be wise to reconsider what has transpired.

You came to a bonsai forum stating you had a bonsai tree and asked bonsai professionals what do. When instructed, you took offense at the information provided when no offense was meant.

If I were in your position, I'd take the plant back to the retailer (nursery?) and ask them if they had any suggestions as to how you might save it. It might be as simple as putting it outside on the back patio for a few weeks. Maybe not.

Which is effectivel the advice given. This seems like a person with a personal issue. The responses given were concrete, relevant and positive. To get annoyed over them.. ah well.

It is what is happening so often on this forum. As he clearly stated, he is not here to learn about bonsai. He purchased a decorative plant, put it in a... challenging environment and it dies. He wants an instant solution, not a lengthy discussion on what is bonsai.
