Need advice for my new Juniper ...trunk is wired.
Should I prune it? If so how should I prune it? Techniques? Should I leave it all together for a while and let it grow? It's got several long branches with softwood growing on the ends of every branch.. and all the long branches are on one side. The other side has few short branches. I just need tips, I'm new at this but am so eager to learn . I just want to learn.

If you wire, you wire for a reason. Normally to bend the wireed section. So .. Bend it :DAs the tree grows, these smal undulations will completely diasappear.

Your question is effectively.. how do I grow a bonsai from a cutting. You need lots of patience and lots of growth. Do not trim, except for getting ligt to the low branches.
