I revived a latch bonsai in fabuary and left it inside it then opened its buds, as of recent the needles have lost colour and droop only to shrivel off. I have moved the latch out side, can anyone help?

If all needles are brown and fall off, it is possible that you're too late and the tree is dead.
However, that's not certain (and you didn't post a picture, so I cannot see the state of the tree).
Continue to keep it outside, give it proper care, make sure you don't overwater, and wait.

Can't see much on the picture.
Did you recently wire it? Did you also prune and repot it?

Apart from the weeds it looks to be alive.

If it has green on it, it could still be alive. Larches can be tricky. I tried to wire my small larch in the fall, and it turned brown and dropped all the pines within days. I thought it was a goner for sure. But I kept in in my garage for the winter, put some snow on the dirt occasionally and it budded this spring and looking good. Also, never bring a larch inside. its a very hardy tree and it can handle very cold temps, just shield it from the wind.
