Hey i repotted my chinese elm about 3 weeks ago. And today i noticed that 3 small white roots are growing through the plastic "net" out of holes. What should i do? just cut them?

You could cut them or just leave them alone. It doesn't really matter if they grow out of the drainage holes so long as they are still allowing water to leave the pot.
