Just in case you need taller and longer one

These are pretty easy to make out of cider blocks. All you have to do is cut the boards to length.

If you want to make it out of just wood I recommend just start drawing up plans like Kri?tof. Since no one here knows what kind of space you have or where you want to put it, this would probably be the best idea.

I made a bench last year out of 2x2s and 1x2 ferring strips. Its about 4ft long and has two rows. The top is 18in taller than the second row. I left a 1/2in gap in between the slats on the row. After everything was assembled I stained it and put 4 coats of polyurethane on it. All in All it cost less than $100 to make.

No one figured this one out?

Specs are in CM's. Seems to me, but I'm not sure, that the poster does not really know how a forum works, and kindly asks the publisher of the website to send him the plans for the bench with specifications in Inch/feet. As soon as possible.

David, if you are done with the calculations, feel free to forward them to us so we can update the article. Your help would be much appreciated.
