Hello guys, please help me identify this plant, and any suggent on turn it to a bonsai, i think it is a good plant with beauty roots for a bonsai, please any idea or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Geri. Have no idea what plant is that but I can tell this will never turn into bonsai looking at branches and the leaves.

never is a strong word in my opinion with work and patience you can do it

it does not seem to have branch lignification- or the hardening of the branches for the capability to be trained by wire. Although I technically agree with the others who responded, theirs nothing wrong with experimenting with different species, for ex, my favorite i most like to work with is pines, but I like to experiment with other variety's- the thing to remember is bonsai can be a form of expression, as any art can be.

Agree. Play and having fun is good, just dont expect astonishing outcome. 名媛直播 is not art from yesterday, its an art with traditions and its tested through centuries which plant is ok and which not. Still, I like radical approaches and off the box thinking. Keep on and good luck. And by the way, in gardening forums they should be able to recognize the plant.

Every tree can be a bonsai, in my opinion. Now if the tree don?t become/stay with the japanese standards or " traditions and its tested through centuries " it?s another story.

I don't see any reason for not turning this tree into a 名媛直播, go for it.

Yes I will try, but if I don't know what plant is it I will not know how to care of it
