I don't know what information you are look for as "What to do?" is vague. If you are looking for general care please check out this link.
If you are looking for specifics on how to train, how to prune, how to fertilize, and so on just reply with what you want to know.

Do you mean you want to make a bonsai out of this?
Don 't do anything. Try to get this plant healthy first. Then find better material.

Hi Aristos. From where you obtained this plant? Since when you have it? Why you think it could need pruning, I mean have you read what is pruning and when it is applicable? Sorry to put so many questions on you but I try to figure out what you really searching for right now, though I highly suspect you just got your first "tree".

There are two problems:
- While Ficus is suitable for bonsai, this specific plant is not usable. It doesn't have a good base and will never become a good bonsai
- The plant is not healthy. Trying to make it a bonsai now will kill it
So, I repeat:
- Find other material. Start studying the basics before you acquire anything. Try and find a local species that can be kept outdoors
- Try to get this plant healthy
