I lean more 7-10 years old based on looks.
Auk is a lot more experienced than I am.
I just have one that is 11 years old and it a lot larger but not in a bonsai pot yet. It also depends on how long it has been in that bonsai pot.

It is still in training so no judging. No one better say anything about the pot or soil it is in either. I has been thriving in my mix of potting soil and turface.

Do you find the bigger the pot aids in growing the trunk?

It is a young cutting. Maybe 3, 4 year from being taken as a large cutting. It is however not the true age, but the impression of age that it conveys. Unfortunately, that is the same.

Oh yes, I know that age is conveyed through the design of the tree. Thanks again people.

Thank you. This picture was from fall I have made a few more movements. Yes, I have it in a larger pot to grow the trunk. It probably has another 4-6 years in that pot before I am ready to transfer it into a training pot.Harry wrote: Looks really nice, well done.
