Juniper leaves yellowing, What to do? was created by NeonKraken

I have this little Green Mound Juniper 名媛直播 that I've had since December. It's aways seemed healthy from the time I got it, until two weeks ago, when the leaves began to turn a green-ish yellow color. This is just the leaves, as far as I can see, the trunk and bigger roots don't look dried up or anything like that. I can't think of anything I did to the plant that would have caused this, aside from me pruning some of the leaves about a month ago. I also added some moss, but it never took root and died so I took it out. I give it a good soak 2-3 times a week and keep it in a sunny location. If anyone could tell me why this might be happening, and what I can do about it, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

If all leaves are yellow, it's dead. But please, post a picture. I hope you're not keeping it indoors?

No, Its outside. I will try to post a picture sometime tomorrow. So is there anything I can do? What do you think was the cause of this? Thanks.

I'll try and answer that after I've seen the picture.

Junipers hate wet roots. Soaking it a few times a week will kill it in almost all climates in many substrates. Keep it MUCH drier and hope it recovers

Not looking good. Seems this plant has been stressed for a long time.
Probable cause was already given by Leatherback.

My Opinion: With seeing the type of soil it is in and how it is discolored I believe you have been overwatering it. I would suggest not soaking it and don't water until the top of the soil is dry. At this point the tree is probably dead. I would hold out hope for a week maybe, keep it in a sunny location, and water it only when the top is really dry. If it continues to yellow over the next 7 days then throw it away.
The soil looks like it can hold moisture for a while (potting soil). Junipers can grow in this but do not need to be watered very often. Junipers like a well draining soil and sun. I have one thriving in potting soil but I also mixed in Turface to help it drain. I might water it every 3 days right now (spring) maybe 4. The best mix would be Lava, Pumice, and Akadame (or Turface my choice).
