I see you copy a lot from what you learn on this forum in your own answers. Make sure you understand the context first.
The above statement is not exactly true.

Really? I would not consider this a bonsai. As for the experts responing. I think a lot of them are sick and tired of the same 3 questions posted here every day.spacewood wrote: This one is indeed called bonsai.

Nope. That's called a mallsai. The species however is very suitable for bonsai. It is possible to make a bonsai out of this mallsai - but that requires knowledge, skills, talent, patience, time.
I hope in future we get clearer answercs from you experts : )
I'm an advanced amateur, but I am NOT an expert.
I again like to ask you not to repeat other people's answers, especially not if the answers are out of context.

Well, may be if your answers are not single lined and give little more knowledge to the starters I guess a lot of the repeating questions could be spared. Since this is an open forum here, I am not surprised that its full of beginners who are lost and looking for some useful help. Sometimes I try to be in help to those who ended with mallsai tree at home as I myself been through all that already and I understand their situation, I dont think that if someone got a bad bonsai by mistake or not should be ignored and treated like stupid noob. All we were beginners and all we were asking stupid questions and this is something the experts should be used to, Dont understand your annoyance really.
I also see sometimes two experts give two different opinions and its really confusing, you have to understand that too.
Anyway, I just wanted to be in help, not to put confusion, so I dont want to argue for sure. Excuse my mistakes, they are taken into account.
And this youtube video here is to help the beginners understand better the ficuses they usually sell at the stores -

I said its called bonsai, not that this one is bonsai or not. I already gave my opinion in my previous post. I dont know if you are expert or not, but you apparently have a lot more knowledge and experience compared to most people here including me. I would love to get more comprehensive answers from you guys, no matter those questions are indeed boring and annoying to ones that are deeper into bonsai art.
Thanks.

I am hardly an expert, but thanks.spacewood wrote: Well, may be if your answers are not single lined and give little more knowledge to the starters I guess a lot of the repeating questions could be spared.
As for one line answers: I have been answering extensively on this forum. Have a look. Do a search. But I will no longer spend a lot of time writing out what I have written out several times. People are lazy to not search. Yet you blame me for being lazy to just give the answer, instead of writing an article every time?
As you may have noticed: I started a bloody website to put the basic info on. This I refer to quite frequently in my answers. So.. Maybe you can try to be a little bit aware of the time people have put in already, rather than basing your conclusions on what you may have seen over the past 4 weeks.
And sorry no. I do not have the time for people who mince their words. It is a bonsai vss it is called a bonsai. It is the same thing if you are on a forum. Especially with all those beginners who are lost in the the different opionions. Say what you mean, mean what you say.

You must be new here. If you had been here longer, you'd know LB regularly post very informative replies that are, other than yours, accurate.
Indeed, his answers to the questions that are asked again and again and again his answers may be a bit shorter. People that are new at bonsai, could at least do a little bit of homework theirselves and look up the basics.
