Hello, newbee here, I've done tons of reading, got supplies, soil etc. I found an interesting ligustrum today, it is starting to get warm here in Chas SC, so want to make first cuts. The hardest part is seeing the future of the tree. I would be interested in seeing what you guys think about the first big cuts on this project.

If you found it today, just leave it alone. Just focus on keeping it healthy and making it grow.

sorry about the sideways pic, it was upright when I loaded it.

when I ask for some advice about my tree look, I would send picture that is properly rotated and the whole tree is visible there. why anyone should take time to advise you when you didnt take time to take proper picture..

It was upright when I loaded it Mr Deadwood. I know enough that when this tree can take a hard prune and it's up past my waist, that everything out of the pic is going to be gone. If you know why the picture loads sideways some helpful advice on that might be what I needed, not how awesome you post your pictures. You assune that I have taken pictures of a tree before. It takes a long time to become a phallic apex as you have displayed in your very poorly worded short paragraph.
