Discoloration in fukien tea

So, my tree has been very healthy lately, blooming and growing many new shoots. I have noticed that in some areas, the leaves are losing colouration. and are nopt dark green and glossy, and in others they are completely faded... Take a look at the pictures below...

check for spider mites & thrips.

sorry its where I have the tree ill try for next time I cant tell if it is mites or thrips. How would I get rid of them?
