Dear fellow enthusiasts,
I got interested in the hobby and went to visit a local nursery. This caught my eye and bears the common name "Shimpaku".
After some research in here, I found that it falls under the Genus Juniperus, but may I know what are your views on its
species?

Sorry I am having problems correction the orientation of the image. It looks fine on my screen and I'm not

This is a great species for bonsai, and the material, from what can be seen in the picture, looks pretty good too. I would not toss it out of my garden, so to say..

Looks like it. If advertised as shimpaku then yes.

Interesting table and pot. Very modern, I guess. Not my taste though - which says nothing about the quality of the tree, I agree with LB that it looks good. I'd buy it if the price was right.
