Jaboticaba- Leaf loss

Greetings,
I bought a Jaboticaba (Brazilian Grape Tree) from a local bonsai dealer about a month ago in NY. After bringing it home, I encountered the typical "moodieness" of the plant by changing the location. The plant had a little leaf loss, in addition to some yellow coloration. However after a while it seemed to get acclimated to its new home. I have been watering the tree as prescribed, giving it a day or two of dry soil, and I have been giving it a decent amount of sun throughout the day ( I keep it next to a large glass door). However I have noticed recently that the tree is having notable leaf loss. The dry out, then fall off. These leaves seem to be replaced pretty regularly by new sprouts, and the overall leaves on the tree seem to be a dark, healthy looking green, however I am worried that the leaf loss is in response to something that could be an issue down the road. Any ideas what it could be? Is this a natural thing with this plant? Could it be the plants proximity to a large glass window during the winter? I attached pictures for a little guidance.
Picture 1 is the tree, picture 2 a closer look at some of the leaves (mostly at the top) that develop a dried out texture, and a yellowish green color, and the third picture is an example of how the leaves fall off.

Hi dude!
Could you find out what caused the leaflet drop? I received my Jaboticaba a week ago, and for now it dropped a lot leaves. As I see, mainly the older leaves.

Better is to start your own post with a picture in the help section.
