First 名媛直播, need advice for my climate. was created by svanheulen

So I got this tree (I think it's a Chinese Juniper... ?) as a present for Christmas from a relative. I don't think they realized what it involved, haha. I have no experience with 名媛直播 and while the information on this site has answered a lot of my questions, I do have some questions about how this tree will handle my local climate.

I live in Savannah, GA so I don't think I'll have to worry about the cold ever harming it (it's 60 degrees outside today). The two concerns that I have are the sun and the rain.

I have no outdoor space at all, so I was planning on making/buying a window box for it. My windows are south facing so I tend to get a lot of directly sunlight, but the sun can be quite intense here even during the winter. I worry about my tree drying out. Will it be ok to leave it outside in direct sun all day?

As for the rain, we don't often get a light drizzle. It tends to be short but very heavy rainfall and I think that might wash away some of the soil. Should I bring it inside when it rains like that or will it be fine?

As junipers need to be outside, If I were you id try to figure out how to do that. Don't worry about the elements affecting the tree- Also the tree you have is more of a sapling than 名媛直播, bonsai go through years of training to reach a refined image. If your goal is to start bonsai as an art-form go to a garden center and purchase a tree that's more developed- then again there is many things you have to look for in a tree to consider it for good material. AKA root flair, branching, etc. - hope this helped

Thanks for the reply :)
I live on the second floor of a condo building with no outdoor space, but there's a large concrete windowsill outside my window. My plan is to make a platform/box for it to sit on out there. And honestly my goal is to just not kill this thing, haha. If I can make it look nice, that will just be a bonus.
Here's another picture with some better lighting. Apparently the person they bought it from told them it was already 3 years old.

that will work, maybe. Unless pigeons knock it over.
