I'm pretty sure it 's not a Lurch. Also it doesn't look like a larch. Seems some kind of pine to me.
should I cut it now or wait spring, and in what to pot it in, I can keep it in the garden, I live in the Netherlands
If you found it like this, lying outside with the roots exposed, it is not likely this tree will live. Plant it in the ground then leave it alone and see if it grows. I expect it won't. Even if it does, it is not good material. I would not put time in it.

In the spring I was thinking to buy Zelkova bonsai from the local store, I hope it's not very hard spices to grow. I already read a lot for bonsai care.
Wish me luck and happy growing to you.

That's probably going to be a mallsai:
Note that the author writes that: "with a few simple steps, mass-produced mallsai can be turned into good quality, healthy bonsai" but I'm not sure if I agree with that - I think that can only be done by an experienced bonsai grower, not by a beginner.

It looks like this...
If that one is not good for inside, then please give me advice of what kind is better?

These are often confused.
It looks like this..
A typical mallsai.
If that one is not good for inside, then please give me advice of what kind is better?
Sorry, I don't do indoor trees. Ficus seems to do well,
