Been talking about wanted to get a bonsai tree to the girlfriend. She doesn’t know much about it but saw a small desk/house plant with a “bonsai” tag on it at home depot. She meant well but obviously misunderstood what a true bonsai is haha. Still love er’ to death. But could I get an ID on this plant? I’m very new to this and have been on the internet for hours but can’t seam to find it. Definitely not even a tree though.

Reason you cannot find it probably is because it is not a bonsai. Try indoor plants / house plants.
