last couple of months i got a bonsai, Jeffery he was doing very well and ive been taking good care of him and then all of a sudden he started to hang down. At first i thought it was his leaves so i started to trim them and then it just got worse from there. The leaves started to turn brown and falling off, the branches started to drop down and hang. i dont know if its the seasons changing. So i started to water it less and it didnt help. At this point i dont know what to do, i want to save him but i just dont know how. im on the urge of getting help.
Please help me save Jeffery!!

Could you share with us the tree species, how you took care of it exactly, and where did you keep your tree? Some photos would help too, of the tree and where you put it.
