I have had a Chinese Elm for a while now and looked after it very well. Literally over night, the leaves dropped off. I got in touch with the place I purchased it from, they where very helpful, but to no avail, I tested the trunk which was still green underneath, within a few days it turned brown so I guess it died, it was my first bonsai so I was disappointed. My daughter brought me a figus bonsai, I'm hoping this survives.
