Hi. First of all, I am a beginner, so I am not entirely familiar with all the technical terms yet.

I am interested in growing sakura cherry blossom prunus serrulata bonsai tree from seeds. I have the seeds, but since this is my first attempt at growing from seeds, I am unsure what to do, what sort of material I should use, how much sun they should get, stratification, etc, etc, so basically I am just looking for a helping hand to get started with these seeds.
What is the best step-by-step plan to ensure that the tree starts growing succesfully and healthily? Is there perhaps some sort of tutorial available on line?

What about something specific about cherry blossoms: Should I do scaritification, and if so, how exactly? Should I do stratification, and if so, for how long, at what temperature, with what soil?

You'll be growing a cherry tree. You're not growing a bonsai yet.
