Don't mist it, just water it normally
I heard from a lot of people that you don't have to water junipers everyday but you should mist them because junipers greatly benefit from air moisture. So who's words should I listen to here?

I never mist my junipers. It makes no sense. Outside, the water quickly evaporates so misting has only a very short term effect.
Occasionally when watering I water the foliage, but that's to rinse off dust. It too will not help getting the air moisture level higher.

But misting will at least have a slight benefit though

In dry summer i water the junipers over the head. But i do not mist, as much as hose the whole area they are in. J do love high air moisture, but just misting does not do much.
