I live in an area where winters are relatively cold and there is not enough sunlight. Ive got a ficus retusa though, and was wondering if it was a good idea to purchase a led lamp or a lamp that has a light that 80% same as sun rays. I don't know if its good as an additional source of light until the winter is over?

I find that wintersun is enough to keep them happy if kept in a south facing window. Not sure wheter you are much further north.

No. Just central europe. So it won't be healthier with additional light?
