Just bought my first bonsai was created by Ashleywill

I just bought my first bonsai from Home Depot. I soaked it when I got home (maybe for a little too long). I have it in a directly south facing window. I live in southern New Hampshire and can't figure out what's best for it because there's too much conflicting information and just would like a clear answer. It's started to get brown spots, should I be worried about the few brown spots and what can I do? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. I tried adding a picture, it just says they're all too big but the brown spots are at the tips and are very small.

maybe, you should of bought a cactus, with lots of thorns, then then the stupid cat would leave it alone.

Hi Ashleywill and sharbear, welcome to the Empire.
Ashley: Take a section from the image if you only want to show a small part. But a picture is essential. Also, please trell us which species you have bought.

Sharbear: Hijacking a thread like this is not approved of on this forum. Please start your own topics.

I can't help but wonder: are you being serious or just trolling?

Auk, what took you so long? :P
Anyway, if it is one of these plants that the natives in the amazon forests are using to poison the tips of the arrows for hunting, then yes – it is poisonous for your cat. Walmart is well known for selling these trees.
