1. Slight browning at the tips of some foliage - something to be concerned about?
2. Spider webs between some of the needles in the morning, I just pick them off and they're back the next day. Spiders aren't harmful to the tree I don't think, but if anyone has any tips on mites that'd be cool. They spin webs don't they? Could that be correlated to the browning tips? I haven't seen any when I study it

It depends.

It's possible. Got a picture?

cant get a picture, no. But I saw that there was a strand extending probably 4-5 feet from a lattice to the tree. If that sounds like something mites are capable of then I'll grab a picture in the morning and post it for identification.

That would be a spider. Harmless for your plant. You could of course Google for 'Spider mite webs' to compare.
