Hi, my bonsai of a year got some strange web insect but I knocked it out with some rosemary or lavender spray.

I took it home to repot it, used 100% akama or whatever that is, the rock. It seemed to be dry, and not doing great, so I added some pine bark nuggets and some fertilizer 1/8 tsp for a cup or so.
It's in the sun. I've been trying to water daily.
It's not going well! HELP!

Why, was that the recommended substrate for your plant? BTW: What I see on the photo doesn't seem to look like Akadama.

If it is in Akadama, and in the sun, you must not try to water it daily, you must water it daily.
