HELP!

I have a Juniper Sabina, i bought as nursery stock and a mugo pine and one of my beautiful junipers that has completely turned brown and slowly died no matter what I've done! they are all dying and i cant figure out why! I have owned these plants for 9 months and they have been fine through winter, root pruning and styling, recently they have started to turn brown and droop I water them in the morning thoroughly and place them in the sun till around 1pm then i move them to shade and return them to sunlight around 6 once it cools down. I live in Southern California and it has been very hot this summer so if they need I water them again in the afternoon. I use basic gardening soil from Lowe's and they have lived happily for 9 months in it. I also started fertilizing once a month with liquid fertilizer about two months ago in hopes of rejuvenating them. I have absolutely no idea what it could be.
(I tried attaching pictures but they are too large)

PLEASE HELP!

so.. reduce the pictures.

Chances are, you did something wrong root pruning and the plants are now showing the results.
Do not fertilize plants that are sick.
