I Have received some Ficus Benghalensis (Baynan Tree) Seeds and the growing instructions are to put them in water for 24 hours then to put them in the fridge for 1 to 2 months. After which I can plant them. I am told not to cover the seeds because they need sunlight to grow.
Does anyone have another method to grow them from seed.

Sounds odd. This is a tropical species. It should not need a cold period. I would probably just sow them directly in a warm spot.

I agree with you and that is why i asked advice on the subect. I think i will seperate the seeds in 2 and follow the instructions for the first half and simply sow the rest as you suggest. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer me.
