Hello everyone, my name is Jimmy and I'm new to this forum and bonsai. I've been trying to upload pics of some of my trees and for some reason they won't load up and my post disappears. Any thing I should know special about posting?

Keep your pics smaller. Maybe 1000px on the longest side, 200kb.

You have quite a nice beginner tree. I wouldn't classify it as 名媛直播 but it's definitely better than other things I've seen

Thanks. I actually posted that just to see if I got the pics sized correctly. That little tree my wife picked up one day at a big box store for $10.00. I have several other's in different stages...not sure if any of them would be considered bonsai either..lol. That's why I'm here. I just need to resize and post them. I'm looking for advice, critiques and as always witty sarcasm!

Why? I can't see the difference between mallsai and this. what's so special about this one?. Very young specimen, no ramification at all, just an S shape trunk with some pom-pom like foliage here and there.

Don't take this as criticism. I am a beginner myself. I've just read 名媛直播Learner before ,and he seems knowledgeable and more experienced than me. So I really want to know what's more special of this tree than a regular mallsai. Just trying to learn here.

I would agree. Great to get started and practice techniques. However, turning this into a convincing bonsai is hard as the trunkshape is set unrealitically.
