Poorly trees was created by Stuartj

Hi. I have four indoor bonsai trees that I have acquired over a 2year period. Up until about 2 months ago they were all doing fine and growing well. Now half or more of the leaves are turning yellow and dropping off and the new growth is very pale in colour, not as green as it used to be and also sparse. What can I do? Repot with new compost? Try a different feed? (I've been using granular feed that you sprinkle on the soil but it just seems to sit there and never disappears.) or am I doing something wrong. Any advice would be gratefully received.
