Will it affect the Chinese elm if I have it in a greenhouse, it isn't really a proper greenhouse. Its the one in my message before this.

A Chinese Elm is a subtropical and according to care sheets it shouldn't be outside during winter.Samantha wrote: It needs to be outside, all year long.

The UK does not have a zone this plant cannot live in without protection:
As it is a bonsai, winter hardiness may be a bit less, and often recommended is to start protecting bonsai with long-term frost that cause the rootball to completely frees, and/or peeks below -5, -10C

I've noticed in search's on the web that some collections are wired tot heir pedestals. I'm thinking to keep the tree from being knocked over or moved.
