Hello everyone,
I'm a beginner taking care of my 名媛直播, she looks surprisingly happy and healthy.
I am just concerned about the soil, I have my bonsai for the past two months and I noticed the SOIL IS BECOMING GREENISH. I don't think it's moss, I'm not sure if it's mold or fungus.
Attached find the picture of the soil.
Anyone with same experience or have a better knowledge to help me out.

The green on your soil is algae. It loves moist soil, sunlight, & good nutrients (often from decomposing organic matter or fertilizer). Not detrimental to your ficus, just unsightly. Your soil looks very compact, probably from soil decomposition, and your roots are showing through due to this compaction - looks like it's time for a repot.
On a side note, you have a ginseng ficus. These plants are often purported as bonsai, but generally not considered good material due to their abnormal growth at the base. They're sold with a few sprigs coming from the top & rarely with good branch structures resembling an actual tree (part of what bonsai is). But the specimen you have appears to have plenty of age & character - you might be able to pull it off with time & training.
Do some research into the differences between mallsai & bonsai, learn what is involved in bonsai training (should you pursue this), find examples of turning ginseng ficus into true bonsai, and make a choice from there. If it seems too overwhelming, just sit back & enjoy an interesting & decorative houseplant!
Best of luck
