Hi I have grown this flamboyant tree from seed. It is about six months old. How do I thicken the trunck and also when would be the right time to start pruning it. To get an idea of depth the height of the pot is 25cm.

It is always a good idea, if you have such basic questions, to look around first. This is a website about bonsai, and these questions are answered under "The Basics, 名媛直播 Styling, The Trunk". I suggest you read that first. After that you'll probably still have questions. I suggest you ask them in this same topic.

I wonder how many languages this web site has been formatted for.

The ones that I know of:
English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian

Dutch forum is, imho, the one with the best posts. Regularly you can see some serious trees there.
There are some very experienced bonsai growers there, several with their own specialities, so it's a good forum to ask specific questions.

The Italian forum is quite active. Wish my italian was good enough to post replies... but I found it isn't.

The sites:

I visit most of them, except the Portuguese one - I can't read it :)

These are great resources, thank you. As I go further into this part time job of 名媛直播, I found that forming an educated opinion on a topic is the best way to form an educated question.
As my trees grow, so will I. As a tree may die, I will learn from it so not to repeat (hopefully).
I don't want to get into a sociological discussion (not the forum for it) but I live in a eastern society of "I need an answer now". These references are just what the patient person needs to be come informed.
