I have this " little Cutie" madraine citrus sappling that I've had growing in a pot from a seedling. From the picture you can see that she was grown in a small glass green house, the leaves will not unfold.
Daily I have introduced her to the outside, I thought I burnt her leaves, but she seems to have enjoyed the jolt of sun.
My questions will be coming but right now I'm facing the problem is how/when should I wire to train her? Judging from the picture should I attempt to wire?

I'd put it in a bigger pot, and wait a few more years before you wire it. Just keep studying bonsai, in the meantime.

while it's this thin, wire the trunk and get some movement in it.. after that put it in a bigger training container or even in the garden if that's possible and let it grow freely for 10 years.. now you just have a pensil in a pot..
