Hello there !

Quiet recently I decided to take up the hobby of bonsai. I decided to start with a olive as a bonsai, but I want you to tell me your opinion on what you think about the tree I already have. From where should I start ? What does my tree needs ?

My opinion is that this tree is not usable for bonsai for you.

Why is that ?

Your plant does not have any of the desirable aspects of bonsai; Thick, tapering trunk, nice movement in the trunk, good rootbase etc.
There are much better starterplants to be had. This one will make a nice traincing tree but wil lnot very likely become a bonsai.
