New to bonsai tree looks like it's dieing was created by Liamt3010

Hi I'm new to the whole bonsai and tree thing, I got what I belive to be a zelkova for my birthday and it looks like it's now dieing , I don't know we're I am going wrong and how to correct it , any help would be much appreciated, I have attached some pictures of my tree

Really gutted

How do you care for it?

Looks like a carmona to me, not zelkova.
