Hi everyone,
I've had my 名媛直播 for about a year now..I think it's a Ficus.
It was doing very well until most recently, it started withering leaves and leaves stopped growing on certain branches.
After which, all the leaves started drooping and finally, dried up completely.
I repotted it and replaced the oil soil with new, however that hasn't seemed to help.
I think it might be a case of over-watering as well, as I read the effects happens gradually.
I did a scratch test on the main bonsai trunk and the underneath is still green, however, many branches are already dried out.
Here are some pics attached.
Any advice on if this lil guy is saveable?
I'd be quite sad to let him go...
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

This did not just happen overnight, this plant has been ill for a long time already and you must have seen the signs long time ago already.
Now it's too late. This plant is dead.

Sorry to say, if the main branches are wrinkled there's no turning it back. I've had this to my ficus also, once it has dried out and if it had an fungus it just goes poop! Maybe it could have been saved before this stage, but wouldn't know how. : (

Oh Dear! I think the others are right and it is too far gone. The final test is to cut back some of the bark to reveal the cambium. If there is no green layer (and it is now brown)... she's gone
