Ficus nerifolia, yes, but I trust your judgment more than mine.
A good photo would help to determine what kind of willow it is...

Because it is not happy, which is probably caused by improper care, which is caused by you not knowing what kind of plant you are caring for, which is something you should have figured out before acquiring it.
