Can someone please id my bonsai? Also i am worried it might be dying its leaving are falling off at an alarming rate! I watered it and noticed water was holding so i took it out the pot took some soil away and loose roots then added fresh soil! Ive scratched the trunk and it is dark green underneath, does anyone know what is up with it thanks for your time

Ficus nerifolia, yes, but I trust your judgment more than mine.

A good photo would help to determine what kind of willow it is...

Because it is not happy, which is probably caused by improper care, which is caused by you not knowing what kind of plant you are caring for, which is something you should have figured out before acquiring it.

Here is a closer image it seems similar the leaves seem to grow on the opposite side to each other also the nerves start from the centre of the leaf and spread in an upward diagnol direction if that helps? Again thanks for your help
