This is the usual type of Chinese Elm, it will not do well in an indoor environment. How have you been watering? Where has it been placed? You really must put it out in the sun and air, get the watering right, water when needed not to a schedule, check the soil every day and water when the surface is almost dry. At the moment this could be every day depending on how much sun and warmth it is getting.

As Richard correctly stated, this is a Carmona, not an Ulmus.

regardless of the species. The soil is way to dry by the looks of it. Plants need water. If the soil is dry, water.
