rooting hormone? wireing?cuttings?

im am soon going to make bonsai trees out of cuttings,but i need to know what rooting hormone is recomended,the powder,the gel? :blush:
how long should i keep my wire on my bonsia tree,it is a juniper and i heard a few mounths it should stay on,but exacly how many i dont want to hurt my bonsai tree,can you tell me the omount of mounths?
after i put my cuttings in the pot what do i do then this is my first time (first time for everything) i dont want to be a bad bonsai person.
i am a newbie,but loves bonsias with a passion :side: ,i watched hours apon hours how to take care of them,so plz help,thank you.

I don't know the gel type but I think it doesn't matter. Whatever you find easier.

On your bonsai tree or on your cuttings? On a tree: depends. Got a photo?
after i put my cuttings in the pot what do i do then
If they have roots next year: repot into a larger pot. Then wait a few years and let it grow; repot into a larger pot when necessery every year. After 5 years, cut of the top, select a new leader, and let it grow again for another couple of years. Repeat the process. After 15 years or so you may have a nice starter plant.

With growing juniperus cuttings misting is key. When you have a high humidity they'll root easier.
