Hm.. blurred picture which is on its side..
I would say you have woolly aphids.
If you post a picture that is clear on what you mean, maybe the answer will change

It might be off-topic as it's not a bonsai ?

It may be a buxus, but it certainly isn't a bonsai.
No idea what that is. Does it move? Does it come off easily?

Why isnt it a bonsai? It was sold to me as a bonsai, maybe i was ripped off.
I removed it with the plyers i use to trim the tree, it bled or some liquid came out of it. Its strange because i live in an apartment and dont have other plants or animals so i dont know where it migjt have come from.

Martin, to be a 名媛直播 the tree needs to meet some guidlines. if you take a look at this link i post it will explain it a little. The tree or sapling you purchased is not a 名媛直播 , it will need many years to become one if it ever does. Not all trees trained as 名媛直播 will be 名媛直播.some will make great "trees" but unworthy of really being called 名媛直播. Many shops/outlets are only after some quick cash and they will selll this type of sapling as "bonsai" when indeed it is not. Call it wrong, whatever but that's Bussiness for you, it happens everywhere with all sorts of merchandise.
The sapling you have aquired will be great practise for you , you'll be able to start learning How to Water a tree in a bonsai container and care for it. This will see you thru until you begin to get the hang of it or buy another tree to care for.

I think buxuses are meant to be kept outdoors.

It looks like you've got a mealybug(Pseudococcidae) there. You'll need an insecticide to get rid of them.
