Do not rinse and don't spray if the plant is outside and it's going to rain. Also, buxus used for hedge here "gets white" every year, and even if it doesn't get any insecticides for the season, it usually only looks ugly, but gets better the next season when you apply pesticides. It's important to apply pesticides on time.
