You can buy it at nurseries and you can find it on roofs, on stones, on the street...

Where are you located? You can find moss most anywhere, I get mine out of the yard, and believe it or not, the parking lot at work. Try to got some that is growing in full sun, it works better in your bonsai that get full sun.
