Sorry, I don't know much about bonsai trees. I just bought this from a Chinese guy in the street. What kind is it? What are the basic steps to take care of it? Can I keep it indoors?

I believe that?s a Juniper. No, you can?t keep it indoors, if you do, this plant will eventually die. Care guides you can find it here:

So, even if I take it outdoors everyday for a few hours. I can't keep it inside?

Sorry man, but no. That won?t get the job done and most certainly it will kill your plant. Maybe not in a day, a week or a month... But eventually it will die and you?l find yourself asking what was wrong... Well, that would be. Indoors is a certain death sentence to junipers.
